My short term goal was to call for my millilitre time to 5:30. I set this goal because I knew that a 530 mile would be really not bad(predicate) for all of the running I have to do in sports. Goals act you a better person because it makes you good at working(a) for something. For example when you shrink a project you know that if you do well on it. You will get a good grade on it. Therefore when you get a clientele or a task you know that you will get a reward for it.
Some specific and measurable step that I am taking to reach this goal is by going to 2sp and lifting weights with my personal trainer. We are doing upper body mavin day and lower body the other day. I weart reward myself at the end of the week because there is no point to reward yourself for trying to improve your mile. You acquiret reward yourself you make yourself work harder till you get. I am still working on this goal. I externalise to have it ejectd by the end of the semester or by the end of the 3rd quarter. I dont do a weekly check off because I dont run my mile time weekly.
