On the morning of 6-24-2010, I was dispatched to 221 Wakefield Dive to better on the welfare of Courtney Fink. A request was submitted by, Mr. Smith, a interested neighbor. Attempts to gain access to the residence were unsuccessful. Upon forced entry to the photographic plate at 0715 hours, the body of a white female, blonde hair, voluptuous eyes, approximately nineteen years-of-age, was discovered on the couch. Ms. Courtney Fink was draining Sponge Bob pajama pants and a white short-sleeve jersey with a My Sport and field hockey stick and lout emblem on the upper left chest. It appears that the deceased had been posing on the couch and was now slumped over on her objurgate side. Her left encircle was at her side and her objurgate arm extended away from her body. at that place were no obvious signs of spot to Ms. Courtney Fink.
In front of the victim, on the coffee tabular array, were three (3) prescription medicine medications bottles with seventeen (17) white capsules scattered about around them. but one of the three medication bottles was open. There was a wall lamp to the right of the couch above the victims head that was on. There were three (3) throw pillows behind the victims body. I found the other rooms of the house to be in disarray, however nothing noteworthy to be placed in this report. I took two photos of the deceased and one of the Microsoft Word muniment on the computer.
