Wal-Mart direction Statement
The Wal-Mart slogan has become the organizations mission statement.
If we work together, well lower the court of living for everyone…well give the world an opportunity to see what its like to save and have a better life.
To process people save cash so they can defy better.
Sam Waltons organizational slogan states the Sam Walton fantasy for establishing Wal-Mart in 1962, the slogan was shortened in 2007 during the time it was betting becoming a leader in the discount sell business giving the consumer the We keep it Simple to save you money attitude. The quality of the Wal-Mart Mission Statement / slogan has kept true to Sam Waltons original dream to lower the live of living for everyone to have a better life provided does non state how is going to deliver the lower equal that will provide a savings.
The first step in organizational planning is establishing the organizations goal.
The direction of the organization and the purpose for which it last must be clearly understood by the gull market, management team, organizational planner and all levels of the organizational hierarchy. I feel Wal-Mart is still implementing this purposeful mission set by the founder Sam Walton, savings, but the organizational commitment to the consumer is not clear.
