My muse as a customer service representative my telephone circuit requires me to write emails to customers. I provide information to the customers or so the work our participation allow for provide and the price of the antic. It is part of my job to meet that information that I am providing is correct to ensure that my company gets as much business as possible. I do raise up that sometimes that I do non provide on the whole the correct information.
Sometimes when writing these emails I am worried that I do not stockpile the correct information that is needed to secure the job. If I do not provide the correct prices it will make our company look less professional. I also melt down to worry that when I write these emails that I do not use the correct punctuation and I tend to ramble.
It puts doubt in to the customers mind about what services our company can provide.
There are a few occasions that I do get truly positive feedback from either my boss or the company I sent the email to. I was able to provide all the correct answers to all the questions they had. I pee-pee had very few bad reviews on the emails I arrest sent. The positive and negative feed back that I put on gotten in the past has helped me learn from my mis weighs.
