On The Job Training

On the job training or OJT is one manner by which students is given a chance to apply the theories and computations that they produce learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant knowledge and skills by performing in actual take form setting. Colleges and universities require their students to tolerate such training within a specific subprogram of hours as part of the curriculum.

October 18, 2011, it was the first solar day of my On-the-Job-Training; it was indeed a good experience having my OJT in our Institution. It is a good start on preparing myself for the real start of my vocation life; how many months from now. It was really a challenging and unforgettable experience for I was having my On the Job Training during the Semester break and the week for enrollment, it was a busy week. Its a good preparation and a good start on how to handle pressure in my future job. It was very busy and tiring, we entertain new and overage enrollees.





I work on weekdays and half day on Saturday, my work covered recording grades of the students of the First Semester SY: 2010-2011 and arranging records of the students and alumni. I am so sprightly because I know I am working in a good working environment. The people there are so nice and trying their best to mold us on the best that we can be.
