In Orlando, Florida an unemployed man of 2 years, walks into the office, which
terminated that position, and opens fire, injuring 5 and killing 1 (CBS 7 TV News, 2009
November 6). With the publicity, the economy which is creating financial stress, the
unemployment rate the highest it’s ever been, along with alcohol and dose problems and the
availability of guns, it does not look like this problem, will go away, in fact it will bring on worse,
before it gets better. This paper will show the progress that’s been made to cheer the
employees and assist employers with providing a workplace free of hazards and try to preclude
this kind of tragedy, from happening. It will also show the issues, that the employers face, in
hunting lodge to protect the employees.
