The problem to be investigated in this paper is how the changes in union have change the honourable use of information technology. The foot of information technology into the workplace has brought about m each diametric issues such as security, privacy, and intellectual property which lead to how ethics came into play with these topics. Today, every business and personal activity is affected by information technology in virtually route (Brooks, 2010).
So this means that every institution has to address any ethical issues that are related to information technology function and decide what the code of ethics will be for their institution.

The true basis of what is ethical and what is not ethical has been challenged by many commonwealth through the years. Some people do things that they know are wrong but they defend that it is ok to do what they are doing because it is not illegal. For example, Jim G. The Penney company chose Locklear to be the buyer of the year many different times because he had change the sales (Jennings, 2012, pg. 361).
